Welcome Guest to our poetry website, pull up a chair, sit down and immerse yourself in the poems written by our Poetry Associates, We aim to create a friendly website where you feel at ease, and where you can free yourself from the daily burdens of life. Our preference is for poetry in rhyme but all forms are allowed. Submitted poems will be judged for awards at the end of each month, although we in admin write and post our own poems they are not considered or included in these awards. Become an Associate yourself by submitting poems to these pages when you are logged in. We would like you to comment on the poems you read - please do as it helps those Poets who are lost in the wilderness and provides encouragement and rewards for all. Not all poems submitted will be accepted.. The site is updated at least twice every day. Poems submitted must be your own work and suitable to be read by all ages. By submitting your poem you agree to give www.poetry2share.com a one time only right to publish your work on this website and to abide by the website rules. Once you have had 5 poems posted on our site you are eligible to upgrade to Gold Leaf membership, should you wish to do so then the benefits include your own profile and poetry page, uploading images and an audio clip to compliment your poems and a 10% discount on our merchandise. If you choose an upgrade to Gold Leaf membership then there is a small yearly subscription charge, if not then you can continue posting as an Associate. You might also like to consider, if you are happy with us and our site a small donation to help keep us online, ask for details through the Contact us link at the top of the page. Guests may post one of their own poems onto the Poetry Taster pages by filling in the submission form, [the link is on the Poetry Taster Page], however they will not be eligible for entry to any of the competitions, receive members comments or have access to the main site.. Guests poems will be displayed for three months.
